A. It is possible for guests to use licensed vendors to provide food for their events. Our policy is that either the City Club provides all of the food (with the exception of baked goods from a licensed vendor), or the host’s licensed vendor provides all of the food. (In other words, we do not allow our food to be mixed with “outside” food.) Outside caterers do not have access to the Club’s kitchen, stoves, ovens, refrigerators, serving bowls, serving utensils, platters, etc.
A. No. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from and served by the City Club. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO CITY CLUB PROPERTY BY THE HOST, CATERER, OR GUESTS.
A. Yes, in addition to our beautiful pergola and grounds, we can host wedding ceremonies indoors. So, whether you are planning a cool-season wedding, or the weather doesn't cooperate for your outdoor ceremony, the City Club has you covered!
A. We have sound systems (one in our Ballroom, and a portable system that can be used outside or in other areas of the Club), cordless microphones, flat screen televisions, LCD projectors, and screens available at no additional charge. Just let us know which items you would like to use.
A. Our Ballroom is 32' x 73'. We also have a 15' x 18' dance floor which can be placed anywhere in the Ballroom.
A. We do not provide any decorations. The following are decoration restrictions: nothing can be hung/taped/nailed/etc. on the walls and any candles must be contained so wax cannot drip.
A. In general, no. We want to make sure the Club available for those who want to have their ceremony and reception there. However, depending on our schedule of events, it may be possible to reserve a portion of the Club for a wedding ceremony only. Contact us for additional information and pricing.
A. Yes. We recommend the Bronze membership if you're planning to do a single event, such as a wedding. The current rate for the Bronze Individual membership is $420. A. Yes, we have 94 parking spaces onsite. Additional parking is available on adjacent side streets. Valet service is available for an additional charge.
A. The City Club is in a residential neighborhood and we do our best to be a good neighbor! All guests, vendors, and Club employees must be offsite by midnight. To make this possible, last call is usually announced at 10:15 p.m., the bar closes at 10:30 p.m., and the party ends at 11:00 p.m.
